The working principle of a hydrogen cup is actually quite like magic, simply put, it turns water into "bubble water with hydrogen gas". The core relies on the skill of electrolytic reaction.
There are three specific steps to take:
Dismantling water molecules: After the electrodes (positive and negative) in the cup are electrified, water is broken down into hydrogen gas and oxygen gas. It's like breaking water molecules in half, with the negative electrode grabbing hydrogen gas and the positive electrode grabbing oxygen gas.
Lock in hydrogen gas: A good cup will use a proton membrane as a sieve, allowing only small hydrogen molecules to slip into the water while oxygen is directly expelled, so that bubbles in the water are filled with hydrogen gas. But if cheap goods are directly electrolyzed with stainless steel sheets, they may mix with heavy metals, have a strange taste when drinking, and easily pollute the water.
Drinking into the stomach: Hydrogen gas is difficult to dissolve in water, so the concentration of hydrogen gas produced by most cups is actually very low (reference: one ton of water only dissolves 1.6 grams), and half of it runs out in just a few minutes after opening the lid. The high-end SPE proton membrane technology is claimed to improve purity, but the cost directly increases by dozens of times.
